Affiliate Terms and Conditions

  • Affiliates must not use an Affiliate account to purchase an SMTP2GO account for the Affiliate's own use.
  • Affiliates must not send unsolicited emails and must comply with CAN-SPAM.
  • Affiliates must not use any pay-per-click advertising for the direct purposes of promoting SMTP2GO.
  • Affiliates must not publish or link to SMTP2GO from adult, gambling or offensive websites.
  • Affiliates must not promote SMTP2GO on any sites with inappropriate content.
  • Affiliates must not promote SMTP2GO on Reddit or other public forums.
  • Affiliates must not register and/or use domains with the wording "smtp2go" or any similar term contained within such domains.
  • Affiliates must not disparage or misrepresent SMTP2GO in any way, or use words such as "scam" as a marketing tactic.
  • Affiliates must not bid on or otherwise attempt to acquire any rights in any SMTP2GO copyrights, service-marks or trademarks.
  • Affiliates must not display the SMTP2GO website using an iFrame or similar (either the sales page or entire site) on their own domain.
